Mr. Nima Gyelsthen, the head of Bhutan’s Anti-Doping Committee, is keeping up the battle against doping in sports. He’s been at it since last year and today, at the Advance Winter Training, he advocated to U17 players about clean play and doing things the right way.
Followed by, Mr. Umang Deep Rai, the Safe Sport Officer, spoke to young badminton players about making sports a safe and welcoming space. Later in the day, Coach Norbu Dradhul shared some wisdom about what “I am Badminton” means, teaching values that go beyond just playing the game.
